Ingredients: Productos Pulpo

 

Directions:Pulpo cocido 3 patas

  1. Cook the potatoes with the Octopus juice until they get soft
  2. Smash the potatoes
  3. Slice the Octopus´ tentacles
  4. In a forming ring, place alternately layers of mashed potatoes and layers of sliced Octopus.
  5. Season with extra virgin olive oil, smoked sweet or spicy paprika and the fleur de sel
