Catalonian Cooked Sausage “Butifarra”

We are rescuing one of the oldest cured meats of our gastronomy from the traditional catalan pork butchery, the ‘Butifarra or Botifarra’. This extraordinary sausage can be eaten fresh, fried, cooked, grilled or as a base for famous plates such as ‘Butifarra with Beans’… We have selected the most traditional white and black cooked butifarras.
