We are rescuing one of the oldest cured meats of our gastronomy from the traditional catalan pork butchery, the “Butifarra or Botifarra”. Currently this extraordinary sausage has become a trendy product in the new street food gastronomy.
It can be eaten fried, cooked, grilled or as a base for famous plates such as ‘Butifarra with Beans’ or even in amazing hot dogs… We have selected the most traditional white and black Butifarra and the extraordinary Butifarra with natural mushrooms from Mediterranean forest.
