Cebreiro Cheese is one of the best fresh Spanish cheeses, made with pasteurized milk from Rubia gallega, Friesian and Alpine cows.

 

Full-fat cheese, white and soft paste, it has an milk aroma and slightly acid. It has a characteristic and rare shape of chef’s hat.

Cebreiro, Lugo, Galicia.
