Chorizo de Montaña

Keeping the tradition of the loggers and shepherds of Navarra and after a selection of the finest meat and the best pork fat we elaborate our “Chorizo de Montaña”. It is minced, kneaded and seasoned with paprika, garlic, salt airing it and curing it for two months in our drying facilities.
