In the middle of a beautiful natural landscape of peaks and rivers we find Arbizu (Navara), where we create our magnificent fresh cooking Chorizo Olmeda Orígenes.
Our Cooking “Chorizo” is made from the finest meats which are minced, kneaded and seasoned with paprika, salt spices and aromatic herbs.
Once formed into sausages it is aired for three days in our drying facilities achieving in this way the perfect integration of the product.
Without additives or preservatives.
Vivacious red in colour, homogenous, smooth and compact. In cylindrical form and tied country herbs stand out.
On the palate it has a very agreeable texture with an intense flavour and with a spicy finish (in the case of the Spicy Cooking “Chorizo” and the mini Spicy Cooking “Chorizo”).
The Olmeda Origenes Cooking “Chorizo” should be stored between 0° and 5° and should always be cooked: fried roasted, oven-baked, grilled, barbecued, stewed, etc…
