Guijos de Santa Barbara, Viriathus’s birthplace, land of fiesta, folklore and tradition. It is a hunters’ reserve and a Spanish gastronomical paradise where we produce our extraordinary quince jelly Olmeda Origenes.

 

Handmade following traditional and secret family recipe, prepared with natural fruits and without additives or artificial colorings. So simple, so unique: 65% quince, 35% sugar and cooked at low temperature!

 

Ideal to taste in desserts, breakfasts and snacks, as well as perfect accompaniment for our collection of cheese, salads, foie, etc…

Tasting note

It has a dark amber colour, with an intense fruity aroma a very smooth texture and sweet citric, well-balanced flavour.
