Guijo de Santa Bárbara is located in the northeastern part of the province of Cáceres, in the shire of La Vera, on the south side of the Gredos mountain range. It is one of the most beautiful villages of Extremadura.

Different fruits used to make these jams (raspberries, redcurrants, cherries, strawberries, figs, peaches, oranges, tomatoes, etc….) are individually collected by hand when they are ripe. Afterwards they are prepared with a simple recipe, adding sugar and cooking them on a low gas. Then we obtain these delicious artisan jams with 65% fruit and 35% sugar content. Simply Marvellous!

We have available many different savors from fruit or vegetables: seedless raspberry jam, bitter orange jam, fig jam, peach jam, tomato jam, berries jam, onion jam, pepper jam.
