Murcia al Vino Cheese

Murcia al Vino or ¨Drunken Goat Cheese¨ has been made by a traditional family since 1800. The mixture of pure milk from “Murciana” goats and wine, results in a powerful explosion of flavours.

 

It is a pasteurized but not cooked pressed cheese, with a cylindrical shape. The rind is very smooth and light, and has a burgundy red colour from having been immersed in wine.
