Arzúa Ulloa Cheese

Arzua Ulloa cheese, as well known as “Queixo do País”, It is a Galician classic. It is produced in Pontevedra with fresh pasteurized cows milk, we leave it to ripen for seven days. It has a white yellowish colour, and a cylindrical shape and a clean cut. It has a fresh and mineral aroma, and it is very creamy and smooth. Ideal to serve melted.
