Cabrales Cheese D.O.

This peculiar Asturiano cheese is made from cow and goat raw milk. Its aging process is carried out in the natural caves of the Picos de Europa at 1050 m. altitudes.

 

Its surface is uniform and soft, similar to its interior.

 

It has a green-blue colour with creamy texture and a strong, intense and penetrating aroma.

Sotres (Cabrales), Asturias.
