“Ibores” Cheese is a fatty cheese, made exclusively with milk from the Serrana, Verata and Retinta goats. It is ivory white in colour, semi-hard and of a buttery texture. Its aroma is gentle.
Slightly acidic, moderately spicy, somewhat salty and very agreeable to the palate.
