Then we arrive at Soller, Mallorca… yet again the Mediterranean Sea. We only use selected pork, good paprika, and the best sea salt in the preparation of our Sobrasada Olmeda Orígenes. We count on the 100 year experience of our Master Producers. It is stuffed into a pork intestine, and then it is cured for approximately 90 days until it reaches its optimum state, this makes our Sobrasada a sublime product.
It has a characteristic red colour, and an unmistakable aroma with paprika and pepper nuances. Its texture is creamy and melts in the mouth. This is the essence of a great chorizo.
