Tasting note

Elongated and thin in shape, its fat coating is tender and yellowish with oxidative touches due to its long curing. The meat is an intense pink tending to purplish red, with fat marbling that imparts all its flavour of cereals and nuts from the countryside. Each piece is distinct and unique. It is recommended to consume Olmeda Orígenes Iberian Cebo Ham at a temperature between 20° and 24°C. To savour all the subtleties of this Iberian Cebo Ham, it is necessary to slice the pieces very thinly.
