From the finest farms in Castilla y León, we select the most outstanding white pigs to bring all the flavours and subtleties of this magnificent ham to the world. Our pigs are fed on natural cereals and are raised in partial freedom in large open spaces until they reach a minimum weight of 140 kg.
Hand-shaped and cleaned by expert artisans. Due to their low salt content, our Gran Reserva hams require a long curing period of 18 to 20 months to reach their optimal quality for consumption.
Selected and traditionally cured for you to enjoy alone or in good company: on a charcuterie board, as a tapa, with some fine Jerez breadsticks, or simply pop a slice into your mouth — something this good needs no accompaniment.
