Iberian Cebo de Campo Ham

Our Iberian Cebo de Campo Ham turns anyone into a true ham lover, with an incomparable flavour that melts in the mouth in a perfect symphony of sensations. These hams come from genuine black Iberian pigs, raised partially free-range.
Iberian Ham 50% Cebo comes from pigs raised partially free-range, fed on natural herbs. These extraordinary pigs roam freely in the dense, green forests of Extremadura. If by the end of the season they don’t reach 180 kg, they are fed natural cereals for a whole year. They are raised in large spaces so the pigs can move freely, ensuring the best quality hams. The hams are salted, dried in natural curing rooms, and cured for a minimum of 36 months to guarantee that special flavour and captivating aroma.

It is recommended to consume Olmeda Orígenes Iberian Cebo Ham at a temperature between 20°C and 24°C. To savour all the subtleties of this Iberian Cebo Ham, it is necessary to cut very thin slices.
