Olmeda Orígenes blue cheese is an extraordinary product from Nava (Asturias), made with pasteurised cow’s milk. With an intense flavour, our blue cheese is rich in vitamins and calcium and will undoubtedly be the star of any table. This cave-aged blue cheese is famous for its powerful flavour that leaves no one indifferent, the result of being aged for two months. It is a firm and creamy cheese with blue mould veins, and a characteristic intense and lasting flavour, with a salty and spicy aftertaste.
