Olmeda Orígenes
As one of our Spanish treasures, we carefully select our Acorn-Fed Ibérico Chorizo to preserve, in a thin slice, the exceptional flavour and fresh, intense aroma that characterise the sausages of our gastronomy.
At 1,099 metres altitude, in the heart of the Castilian mountains, we make our acorn-fed Ibérico chorizo from Ibérico pigs whose diet is exclusively acorns from October to February, enhancing its unique flavour. Villacastín (Segovia), known for its pastoral traditions, offers the world a top-quality chorizo, marinated with garlic, paprika, salt and wild herbs, then air-dried for 4 months in our drying rooms to achieve that extraordinary flavour.
Essential on any charcuterie board, a simple slice of this chorizo reveals hand-cut pieces of the juiciest Segovian meats.
