
Olmeda Orígenes
This exceptional cheese is made from sheep’s milk from La Mancha. It has a straw-ivory colour that darkens progressively, speckled with black. We have given this cheese a very special touch with black truffles “melanosporum”, a gourmet ingredient that enhances the spectacular natural flavour of our Castilian cheese. On the nose, it is elegant with notes of nuts and truffles, and on the palate it is creamy with an intense aftertaste of this prized fungus.
