Our Olmeda Orígenes bomba rice is produced in the Albufera of Valencia, one of the richest and most beautiful natural ecosystems in Spain. The three villages of Sollana, Silla and Sueca are located near this incredible natural park and locally produce our bomba rice following only traditional methods. “Bomba Rice” is a unique variety of rice, with a short, rounded grain that triples in size when cooked. This rice will retain all the aromas and subtleties of the dish, preventing it from sticking. Thanks to what is called the “accordion effect,” we guarantee that the grains will remain loose, soft and appetising.
