This cheese is the result of an ageing process that takes place in the natural caves of the Picos de Europa at 1,050 metres altitude, making it a spectacular and unique piece of our Spanish gastronomy. This distinctive Asturian cheese is made with raw cow’s and goat’s milk. Its surface is smooth and even, similar to its interior. It has a blue-green colour with a creamy texture and a strong, penetrating aroma. Ideal for those who appreciate a good, intense cheese.
