We present our Figs in Syrup, grown in the fields of La Vera, in Cáceres (Extremadura), under the August sun, carefully hand-picked. In Extremadura, each fig is carefully selected and briefly blanched in hot water. Then, it is preserved in a special syrup that maintains its exquisite flavour and texture. These figs are perfect as a dessert or to accompany cheeses and nuts. They are also a delight as a snack with jam and pair wonderfully with a good red wine.
