From the finest farms in Castilla y León, we select the best white pigs to share with the world all the flavours and subtleties of this magnificent ham. Our pigs are fed natural cereals and raised partially free-range in large spaces until they weigh at least 140 kg. Hand-shaped and cleaned by expert artisans. Due to their low salt content, our Gran Reserva hams require a long curing period of 24 to 30 months to reach their optimal quality for consumption. Selected and cured artisanally for you to enjoy alone or with company: on a charcuterie board, as a tapa, with some good Jerez-style breadsticks, or simply pop a slice in your mouth because something this good doesn’t need any accompaniment.
