Olmeda Orígenes
Discover the flavour of León with our Iberian Cecina. In El Ferral del Bernesga, surrounded by mountains and snowy landscapes, you’ll find the ideal conditions for its production. Our Cecina comes from free-range cows, at least five years old and weighing 400 kg, ensuring unmatched quality. Its curing process, which lasts around 14 months, gives it a subtly smoked touch, with hints of oak wood that delight the palate. Wondering why it’s called Iberian cecina? The answer lies in its production: traditional charcuterie techniques are used to enhance its unique flavour and unmistakable texture. Perfect to enjoy with cheese on toast, as a tapa, alongside our Marcona almonds, or simply on its own in its purest form.
