In the making of our delicious sobrasada, we use only the finest meats, seasoned perfectly with paprika and sea salt to enhance its natural flavour. Olmeda Orígenes has selected for you the best Mallorcan sobrasada, crafted by our master artisan with over 100 years of experience in producing this traditional cured sausage. It is stuffed into natural casing and cured for approximately 90 days, with a pleasant spicy finish if you prefer our sobrasada in its spicier version.
