Olmeda Orígenes offers you and your guests this remarkable Manchego Cheese with Protected Designation of Origin, made at our cheesery in Madridejos (Toledo) with the full dedication of its people.
This Manchego Cheese is made with the finest milk from the “Manchega Sheep,” a native breed of the La Mancha region. At Olmeda Orígenes, we trust our suppliers, who have a family tradition in crafting these flavoursome cheeses. The cheeses are hand-moulded and aged between 4 and 5 months for the semi-cured cheese, and 6 to 8 months for the cured cheese.
