Among tall oaks, beeches and chestnuts, in the Mediterranean forests of Navarra, the village of Arbizu stands out for its millenary production of high-quality artisanal foods. Specialists craft this classic Spanish sausage that we have named “Olmeda Orígenes Mountain Chorizo”.
Our Mountain Chorizo is the result of a careful process, safeguarding the great quality of our meats. Using the finest pork meat and fat, we mince, knead and manually season it with paprika, garlic and salt. Then we let it air and cure for a month in our drying room.
This chorizo will nourish your body and soul with its unique flavour, and its aroma will invite you and your guests to have another slice.
