We are proud to offer our “Coppa”, a traditional product of our gastronomy with genuine roots in our past. With quality and flavour as a priority, this pork neck is the result of ancestral methods passed down from generation to generation.
This pork neck is artisanally made in Arbizu (Navarra), a village nestled in a valley surrounded by the wild nature of northern Spain. This authentic Spanish product is seasoned with paprika, spices, salt and pepper, and air-dried for over 2 months in our drying rooms.
We offer a high-quality product that brings adventurous palates a true taste of Spanish tradition and culture.

Arbizu, Navarra.

Tasting note

Intense pink in colour and highly marbled. Its texture is firm and not very fibrous. On the nose, aromas of spices such as rosemary, paprika and aromatic herbs stand out. On the palate, it is very smooth and elegant with notes of nuts and paprika. Consume between 20° and 24°C. To fully savour and enjoy the subtleties of this product, it should be sliced very thinly, like “Carpaccio”.
