Smoked Sardine Loins in Olive Oil

We offer you the freshest sardines you can find, brought directly from the Bay of Cádiz and the Atlantic coast: these are large loins of Pilchardus sardines, boneless, skinless, and completely clean and ready to eat. Every day, every morning, a boat sets off from the Bay of Cádiz to catch these tasty sardines. They have been carefully cleaned one by one and boned by hand. Afterwards, they are naturally smoked with the finest woods from our forests, then preserved in olive oil and vinegar, and finally sent for your personal enjoyment. The taste of the Atlantic in every loin of our smoked sardines, representing our diet worldwide.
