Olmeda Orígenes Veal Cecina. The smoky oak wood flavour is the hallmark of our veal cecina, an incomparable product of our gastronomy made from cows at least 5 years old weighing a minimum of 400kg. The curing process lasts over 14 months and gives the meat a spectacular flavour, making this product a very attractive option for a charcuterie board, professional kitchen use, and a very refined aftertaste on the palate.
