Amongst tall oaks, beech and chestnut trees, in the Mediterranean forests of Navarra, the Arbizu village stands out due to its millennial production of high-quality artisan delicacies. Craftsmen produce this classical Spanish cold meat that we have baptized as “Chorizo de Montaña Olmeda Orígenes”.

Our Chorizo de Montaña is the result of a careful process, safeguarding the great quality of our meats. From the finest meat and pork fat, we manually mince, knead and season with paprika, garlic and salt. After that, we leave it to air and cure for one month in our drying facilities. This chorizo will nourish your body and soul with its unique flavor and its scent will invite you and your fellow guests to take another delicious slice.
