The suckling Pork from Segovia is only fed with mother’s milk until it reaches the optimal age and weight, between 4 and 6 Kg.
Once cooked, the suckling pork’s skin is crunchy and golden and its meat has a smooth and juicy texture. It is very rich in mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated fatty acids, recommended on a healthy diet.
We have available Iberian suckling pork and white suckling pork, also we can offer several cuts: whole piece, half piece, front quarters and back quarters.
