Criollo Chorizo is a delicious example of the fusion between Spanish culture and the cultures of various American peoples, adapting our chorizo to their customs and local tastes to create this succulent white criollo chorizo with an excellent aroma. Our Olmeda Orígenes criollo chorizo is made in Arbizu (Navarra) with the finest quality pork which, once minced, is kneaded with white and black pepper, salt, garlic and natural spices, then air-dried for 4 or 5 days. Free from additives or preservatives.
On the nose, aromas of pepper and wild herbs; on the palate, an incomparable texture with a unique flavour.
