The mallard duck drumsticks from Olmeda Orígenes come from ducks in the province of Jaén (Andalusia) and are culled during the hunting season between December and March. These are very flavoursome animals and their meat is very healthy. They follow a natural diet as they live freely near reservoirs, rivers and lakes.
