The production process of our Paprika Flakes is entirely artisanal. It begins with a careful selection of the best peppers, followed by the manual removal of the stalk and some seeds to ensure exceptional quality. Subsequently, the peppers are slowly crushed in a special machine, achieving their unique flake form that elevates any dish with its incomparable smoky aroma and flavour. The difference between flakes and ground paprika is that, being flakes instead of powder, their intensity and texture remain intact when sprinkled over meats, fish, vegetables, salads or even pasta.
