An iconic cheese known for its conical shape, this “Tetilla” P.D.O. cheese is made from pasteurised milk of Galician cows such as the “Rubia Galega.” It has a conical shape, a mild and wholesome flavour with a slightly tangy touch, and a creamy texture. To fully enjoy the subtleties of this great product, it should be kept refrigerated and taken out a few hours before serving. To cut it properly, use a knife to slice the cheese in half and then into wedges. Next, remove the rind and cut into triangular pieces. It can be eaten as is or on toast.
