Following an artisanal process, our white pork loin stands out for its cured flavour, spiced aroma, and firm texture. We invite you to enjoy a fine slice of this white pork loin—once your taste buds come into contact with our high-quality loin, you’ll savour the flavour of tradition. We remove the fat and then marinate it with paprika, various herbs, salt, and just the right amount of pepper. It is then left to cure for over 3 months to achieve a loin with extraordinary flavour and an intoxicating aroma.
